Messiah SingAlong
Join us for a powerful and uplifting evening as we present a Messiah Singalong featuring soloists, orchestra, and choir under the direction of David J. Hardin on March 29th at 6:30 p.m. This inter-denominational ensemble of instrumentalists and soloists are selected from the metropolitan Washington DC area. Many are professional musicians volunteering their talents in this sing-along.
Invite a friend and be part of something unforgettable. Our mission, during this Easter season, is to inspire reflection on our Savior’s suffering, death, and glorious resurrection by means of the Messiah oratorio, where all in attendance can sing Hallelujah to our Redeemer.
Dave Hardin, the director for the Washington DC Temple Visitors’ Center Easter Messiah Sing-along, has directed choirs and orchestras for decades all over the country, including as associate conductor for the Washington DC Temple Choir since 2001. He holds a Master of Music degree in Conducting from George Mason University. For 19 of the last 22 years (with a pandemic hiatus), Mr Hardin has conducted Messiah Sing-along concerts with orchestras for the Annandale, VA and Washington DC areas.
Whether you’re a seasoned singer or simply love the music, this is a night you won’t want to miss. Come sing the chorus selections with us from your seat in our sing-along of the Messiah directed by Dave Hardin.
